Chrysler 499CI stroker with 525 HP aluminum head engine package can be custom designed to your specific needs. All engines can be custom painted to match your vehicle at your request. We can outfit your engine with a Performance serpentine belt system. We can also assist you in choosing the proper transmission and stall speed converter combination for your vehicle and have it shipped directly to you as your performance crate engine is being built. Over the years we have built many Chrysler engines. If you would like us to build you a stroker mechanical roller, we can build more or less horse power to accommodate your needs.
Custom Built 499CI 525HP Mopar Crate Engine
- Seasoned Chrysler 440 Block
- Bored and honed with deck plate
- Mains have been aligned
- Block has been decked
- Dura Bond cam bearings Installed
- Brass freeze plug and oil galley kit installed
- ARP Main bolts
- Block painted with 3 coats of high temp ceramic engine paint
- Steel crankshaft 3.750 stroke (Eagle or Scat)

MSD Street Fire CD Ignition
MSD Street Fire CD ignitions are perfect for budget-minded enthusiasts. Street Fire CD ignitions offer capacitive discharge technology that fires a series of multiple sparks for 20 degrees of crankshaft rotation when the engine is running under 3,000 rpm. This ensures complete combustion and produces great throttle response with a smooth idle. MSD’s Street Fire CD ignitions are built within a durable cast aluminum housing and easily connects to points, amplifiers, and magnetic pickup distributors. There’s even an adjustable rev limiter (100 rpm increments) for overrev protection!
