This is definitely the way to go when you are building a 302 based engine. “Stroke it once and you’re hooked”. The 347 with 425 HP engine has a 3.400 stroke where a 302 Ford has a 3.000 stroke which delivers an extremely high amounts of torque, you have to experience one to know how it feels. This engine package is offered in a long block if you would like to finish the build yourself, or you can add on all the items and have us finish the turn-key build for you. All our engines can be custom painted to match your vehicle at your request. We can also assist you in choosing the proper transmission and stall speed converter combination for your vehicle.

- Block painted with 3 coats of high temp ceramic engine paint customer’s choice of color
- Steel crankshaft 3.400 stroke (Eagle or Scat)

MSD Street Fire CD Ignition
MSD Street Fire CD ignitions are perfect for budget-minded enthusiasts. Street Fire CD ignitions offer capacitive discharge technology that fires a series of multiple sparks for 20 degrees of crankshaft rotation when the engine is running under 3,000 rpm. This ensures complete combustion and produces great throttle response with a smooth idle. MSD’s Street Fire CD ignitions are built within a durable cast aluminum housing and easily connects to points, amplifiers, and magnetic pickup distributors. There’s even an adjustable rev limiter (100 rpm increments) for overrev protection!
